Avoid this Bank of America if you can!
Have banked with Bank of America for years. The only downside is there are no more drive thrus, therefore everybody has to go inside to do banking which makes the lines very long. But customer service is Always great and the bank is always clean.
Management is outright rude & unfriendly.
Management actually tells people to switch to online banking, because "they're too busy".
There is always lines to the door here. They've closed the drive-through service and never have enough tellers working. A simple deposit will take an hour after waiting in lines here.
Look at the picture of cars waiting in line cause that's what u will see everytime u go. They close drive thru. Dont add atm. Poor customer service
I don't personally bank with this bank, my company does. If it was myself personally... I wouldn't complain I'd just leave. It's a Tuesday morning standing outside of this location for 15 minutes prior to open... it's now passed 9 am and the staff has been present with a locked door. Wait times consume lunch break for a simple deposit. One teller is constantly your best case scenario and the drive through has been closed for a year. The staff is friendly, but the management is poor... I've never not once been inside this facility without hearing revolving disappointment.
This is a nice bank to go to. The staff there care about you and try to help solve any problems that you are having. The only issue I have is the past couple of times I had to wait a little longer than I normally do but other than that it was a pretty good experience.
