My mother took my daughter here for a simple haircut. She had about 4 inches removed for a simple shoulder-length bob. It is completely uneven and choppy. It looks like a small child with scissors got a hold of her hair! How can you screw up such a simple haircut? We will be going somewhere else to get it fixed, but she'll have to lose another inch or 2 to straighten it all out.
