Mike came later in the day because I work. So he started to look for the leak, as it was getting dark and drizzling rain. He found it near the county connection but on my side of it. He had to dig for it and started to repair it as it started to pour rain. He did not stop until the job was done. The leaks was fixed and no problems since!
When my hot water heater died Mike was recommended by a relative. We called him. He set a date to come and replace the hot water heater. He was there on time and did a great job. Got it done in a two hour time frame so we were able to pick Mom up at the airport. Great job. Pleasant man to deal with.
I was referred to Grasso by a friend. I Had a growing water leak in the bathtub around the knobs. Called Grasso for service, they came out assessed the problem and fixed it. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them.
Again this year we had another issue with the main water pipe. Mr Grasso was there within a day and repaired it. He works very hard to get the job done.
Called at 430 pm and Mr. Grasso was able to be there at 6pm. He went right to work and finished repairing the outside spigot for my mom and small leak in the main water shut off quickly. Pleasant and efficient. I would recommend him to everyone.
Overall the execution they use is ok but the finish and the talent they use is waaay subpar. I think that you could find a better plumber in your local high school or possibly middle school than fixed my parents last issue.
